Last Chance – Tourism QQI Level 5
With the start date for this course fast approaching, we only have a couple of places remaining So if you are you looking for a new career, a qualification for your career or even to start your own business this could be just what you are looking for. Rossinver Youth Project, in association with MSLETB, will be starting a fresh round of “Tourism with Business QQI Level 5” in October 2021. This course will provide you will a solid basis for any toursim based venture or career.
As we all look towards the future the North West is highlighted as a growing Tourism destination and as those of us who live and work here know there is so much we have to offer. This course is designed not only to help those who are already working or employed in the sector but also those wishing to change or start a career within tourism.
The course will cover the following topics and will run 1 day (daytime) per week for 12 months commencing 12th October 2021

- Tourism Information & Administration
- Customer Service
- Work Experience
- Word Processing
- Heritage
- Marketing Practice
- Starting Your Own Business
The course will be held through a mixture of on-line through Zoom and classroom based modules.
